1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order without any penalty. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at contact@fictionalgroup.com.
- If an order is canceled after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be charged.
2. Rental Equipment
- Rental orders must be canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
3. Refund Policy
- We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@fictionalgroup.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable, including clearance items, custom orders, and special orders. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
